Music Business OS is tailored to the Notion user that is either an artist, producer, mix engineer and mastering engineer, studio runner or overall music freelance professional.

With a whole new structure of databases and sorting, Music Business OS is designed to make your creative, technical and management process quick and easy whilst maintaining a natural interaction with it.

The main release of Music Business OS introduces several features that are of high levels of importance for any desired workflow. Automation enabled workflows for certain databases and internal databases, relations and integrations with Music Production OS

1. New and improved databases
2. Improved automations for all automation enabled workflow and databases
3. Music Library introduces a new layout with interactive buttons and new filtered views; essentially treating the area as a separate workspace if required.
4. Artists is the following update to Artists Roster in the previous version of the template; it behaves as a separate workspace and new areas are included.

5. New inspiration notebook; perfect companion to save phrases, words and any other related assets that may be of help when writing music

As a side note, Music Business OS is not backwards compatible with the Music Production OS 1.0; which is the first version released to Gumroad and Notion Template Gallery. For now, the users that want to use Music Production OS in its latest version are required to acquire Music Business OS.

We’re currently working on getting the latest version of Music Production OS as a standalone template for those that require the product as such.

Also, we’re working on certain add-ons that are going to be backwards and onwards compatible with both Music Production OS as a standalone version as well as Music Business OS; ultimately we will finally add these add-ons and templates as one whole package of Notion Products by the end of the year.
